Theme Park Support

What to expect:


Agents who work from home will provide magical customer service to all guests who are on property or who will be arriving to the Theme Park. Transfer calls to other departments when necessary.  


• Assist customers calling for a major theme park. Calls can involve answering general questions, reservations, dining packages, or handle calls directly for their call transfer hub.


What it takes to succeed:


• Patience and empathy
• Easily manage stress, able to work under pressure, and adapt to adverse situations
• Be knowledgeable and friendly
• Deliver eloquent customer service  
• Have experience working with users to identify the best solution


Education necessary: 


No degrees necessary - great work from home opportunity for anyone who is ready to start a business and be their own boss.


What you'll be doing: 


Providing great customer service for a Leading Theme Park.
