After a background check, admission completion and certification course completion via a virtual classroom, you can begin taking customer service calls from your home office. We have over 10 years of experience in the Virtual Services industry and we are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau.

No, you are not paid for training. You are not an employee of SAS GLOBALSOLUTIONS, LLC. You are an independent contractor and as such, you will be responsible for the certification courses necessary to perform the role. That cost is a one time fee for each client chosen and have various ranges. In some cases, the fee may be reimbursed after the CSP enrolls, completes certification and begins working for a period of time. 

You are invoiced semimonthly via direct deposit. All 1099 statements will be available 24/7 on the SunTrust Bank portal. 

The income may vary depending on the client you choose. Current agents are taking home an income of $10.00 - $16.00 per hour as a base rate. Some companies also offer commission plus the hourly rate and some offer earn while you learn.  We have members on the platform making between $200 – $2300+ semimonthly.  Only you control how much you want to work. The more you work the more you get paid. 

There is a fee up to $45 total deducted per invoice period for the SAS GlobalSolutions, LLC/Arise/ACD platforms.  However, no fee applied to other clients that are directly contracted with SAS Global Solutions, LLC (i.e...Government Contracts) Any fee  applied covers access to the platform portal, VPN, technical services, staff support, invoicing and direct deposit. Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support during your certification process and beyond. We want you to succeed.

No, taxes are not deducted from your semimonthly invoice. Because you are an independent contractor, and not an employee, you will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year. We advise our CSPs to meet with a tax specialist to discuss write-offs and deductions you can take advantage of as an  independent contractor. Most expenses, including your home office, landline phone, internet service and equipment required to service the client, could be tax-deductible.

Yes, we have a generous referral program and encourage you to refer anyone that is looking to take advantage of our lucrative work-from-home opportunity. Referrals are given once the candidate passes the background check, successfully completes certification and has worked 90 days.

The admissions process can be completed in as little as three (3) days including the background check! Certification courses required to service a particular client can take between two (2) days and several weeks to complete. Once you have completed a certification course, you are then eligible to begin earning income by servicing your chosen client. You can begin working from home and earning income in as little as 11 days.

You can work as many hours as you’d like. You are your own BOSS! However, 15 intervals per week is indicated under the terms of the Statement of Work (SOW) for most client business opportunities. There are hours for CSP’s to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hours available for a specific client will be outlined in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions process. (Information subject to change.)
